WhatsApp Business allows you to set up automatic messages to speed up customer service.
Greeting message
Sent automatically when someone messages you for the first time.
Example: "Hi! Thanks for reaching out. We'll get back to you soon."
Away message
Sent outside the business hours you configure.
Example: "Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm."
Quick replies
Shortcuts for frequent messages. Type /shortcut and the full message is inserted.
