The Importance of a Secure WhatsApp History
The great benefit of WhatsApp Direct is precisely not cluttering your phone's contacts with numbers of people you'll only talk to once (like delivery drivers, app drivers, or stores for quick questions).
However, a common problem arises: "What if I need to talk to the delivery person again because I forgot a detail and closed the WhatsApp Web tab?".
It's exactly to solve this pain that we developed the Send History feature. Our tool creates a temporary record of all numbers you've sent messages to using our platform.
Privacy First
It's normal to have concerns when we talk about "History". That's why this feature was built based on LocalStorage. This means the numbers and messages you send are saved exclusively within your phone or computer's browser.
- Our servers don't receive copies of your messages.
- We can't read your history.
- If you clear your browser data (clear cache), your history will disappear permanently.
How to manage your history
In the main screen toolbar, when you click the History button, a side panel will open. There, you can:
- See a chronological list of the last people contacted.
- View the first words of the message sent (to help you remember who it was).
- Delete individual records (by clicking the trash icon) if you want to remove a specific conversation from memory.
- Use the "Clear History" button to delete all records at once from your browser.
